The Corner Office, located at 14th and Curtis in Downtown Denver, is just a couple blocks down from the light rail station at the Convention Center and is a great place to meet friends after work — for drinks, dinner, or both. Open since last summer, this trendy restaurant is located below the historic Curtis Hotel and has an eclectic menu. The atmosphere is festive, and LOUD. If you are looking for a place to have a quiet dinner for two, don’t go here. ON the othe hand, if you’re looking for a centrally located spot to get everyone together to let down their hair and blow off some steam, consider The Corner Office. Heck, even the bathroom is fun. (See picture of women’s bathroom above with a disco ball and sticky note collage.) Want to go? Get more information at The Corner Office.

Christy Correll founded Denverish shortly after ridding herself of most of her possessions, quitting her job, & moving halfway across the country to live in the capital city of Colorado. Texan by birth, Christy is no stranger to the Wild West. However, Colorado has a very strong sense of place that distinguishes it from other Western states. Join Christy and her sheltie, Scout, in exploring their new home. Along the way you will encounter many wonderful things — and a few peculiarities — that cannot be found anywhere else on earth.
